Wrocław’s History Rewritten – Sudea Development Open Day

Wrocław gains a new, distinctive address – a space where past and future converge. Sudea is a development that restores the splendor of renovated buildings with timeless architecture, enriching them with modern forms, and creating a unique place on the map of Wrocław. The Sudea apartments can be explored in more detail during the Open Day, which will take place this Saturday, September 27. The special guest will be the esteemed architect Zbigniew Maćków, creator of the Sudea project.

Sudea exemplifies how wise and responsible investment can transform the urban landscape. Developed by Okre by Koramic, it reflects respect for the location and a commitment to architectural harmony – paramount values for the developer. The development’s concept is based on creating apartments and shaping a space that becomes a natural source of rest, comfort, and social interaction, seamlessly integrating into the daily rhythm of life. Unique apartments, an attractive service offering on the ground floors of the buildings, a public central square, green courtyards, and the surrounding historic old-growth trees make Sudea an exceptional place to live in the heart of Wrocław.

A unique element of the development is the fusion of two distinct worlds. The restored buildings have regained their former glory – classic facades, wooden windows, stone details, and meticulously recreated balustrades captivate with their timeless beauty. The historic buildings are juxtaposed with a modern structure – simple, contemporary, and full of light. This allows future residents to choose the style that best suits their character – the timeless elegance of a tenement house or modern minimalism. Each reflects the quality and standard of Okre by Koramic – high interiors, reaching over 4 meters, and solid, thick walls, making Sudea apartments synonymous with comfort and a healthy lifestyle.

Our ambition is for history and modernity to create a coherent narrative here. Restored tenement houses regain their former charm, while modern architectural elements lend freshness and timeless style to the whole. Wrocław deserves investments that not only offer the highest standard, with respect for historical buildings, but also enrich the city’s fabric. Sudea is a combination of history, style, and quality that will inspire future generations – says Wojciech Konferowicz, Sales and Marketing Director at OKRE Development.

This coming Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, an Open Day for Sudea apartments will be held. This is an opportunity to see firsthand how classical architecture meets modernity, explore available apartments, and take advantage of special offers prepared for event guests.

A unique highlight of the Open Day will be a meeting with Zbigniew Maćków, one of Poland’s most esteemed architects and the designer of the Sudea project. The architect will discuss the idea behind the development, his vision for combining history and modernity, and how architecture and art can shape the comfort of daily life. This is a unique opportunity to gain an insider’s perspective on the creative process and the coherent concept that gives Sudea its unique character. The meeting starts at 12:00.

Functional apartments, an attractive service offering on the ground floors of the buildings, a public central square, green courtyards, and the surrounding historic old-growth trees make Sudea an exceptional place to live in the heart of Wrocław.
