Following the preparation period for the investment, OKRE Development has presented to the wider public the first visualizations of a new residential project in the very center of Wrocław – WITOLDA 3840. Wrocław residents were able to familiarize themselves with the Investor’s plans thanks to the courtesy of Wrocław media.
The Investor acquired the partially developed plot in a municipal tender in 2016. The tender was won with a concept to create a residential and commercial investment at this location, open to Wrocław residents. The architectural design was created by the renowned Wrocław studio Maćków. The WITOLDA 3840 investment will consist of two buildings – an existing townhouse from the early 20th century, which will be meticulously renovated and expanded, and a completely new section, a 2-story “pavilion” facing the Odra River, with an unobstructed view of Wrocław’s historic center. The southern part of Kępa Mieszczańska enjoys very high interest among Wrocław residents searching for apartments. Commercial and retail spaces have been planned on the ground floors, which will create an opportunity for a riverside promenade with restaurants and cafés overlooking the historic Old Town.
Additional visualizations will be available soon, and OKRE Development’s plans include, among other things, inviting media representatives for a tour of the property, as well as a major event launching the official sale of the project. More information coming soon.
