On November 17, 2022, the laureates of this year’s NAWW (Wielkopolska Voivodeship Architectural Award) edition were announced. In the Multi-Family Residential Building category, the award went to OKRE Development’s project, the Rynek Wildecki 3 tenement house.
According to the jury, the tenement house built at Rynek Wildecki complements its northern frontage and integrates its contemporary form into a space that developed at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The interesting detail solutions were also appreciated, and the committee recognized the building as an example of significant changes in the city’s urban fabric.
The project was designed by Ultra Architects studio.
