Solna 6 in Poznań has won two of the most important industry awards in just one month. The project was honored with the Grand Prix and the main award in the “Multi-Family Residential Building” category during the 6th edition of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship Architectural Award (NAWW), and subsequently won the title of Residential Project of the Year 2025 at the prestigious CEE Investment Awards gala.
These are distinctions that—as the Jury emphasizes—were awarded for creating a new chapter in the history of Poznań and Polish residential architecture.
After winning two prestigious awards, Solna 6 has one more goal ahead: the sale of the last three apartments—with areas of 49 m², 94 m², and 122 m².
