The SOLNA 6 apartments in Poznań have, in just one month, secured two of the most significant industry awards. The project was honored with the Grand Prix and the main award in the “Multi-Family Residential Building” category during the 6th edition of the Greater Poland Architectural Award (NAWW), as well as the title of Residential Project of the Year 2025 at the prestigious CEE Investment Awards gala.
The industry experts’ recognition, confirmed by the two prestigious awards granted to Solna 6, underscores the architectural artistry and exceptional quality of this endeavor. The project, designed by JEMS Architekci, combines masterful virtuosity in creating living spaces with a responsible, conscious approach to urban development. The jury commended the investment for restoring the proper hierarchy between public, semi-public, and private spaces, for its excellent layouts of high-ceiling apartments, natural stairwell lighting, expressive, refined facades, and extraordinary attention to detail, echoing the best pre-war residential designs.
Awards are not merely titles – they are a consequence of design decisions, execution standards, and the values underpinning the investment. They confirm that Solna 6 offers architecture where aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand with quality, and user comfort stems from genuine care for people. This is not a project that impresses with its grandeur. It impresses with its wisdom – a way of thinking about the city, about community, about nature, and about the home environment, which should provide a sense of harmony.
– Solna 6 is a project that, from the outset, was intended to be more than just another address on the map of Poznań. We wanted to create a benchmark – architecture that fosters daily well-being, provides peace, and the pleasure of living – says Wojciech Konferowicz, Sales and Marketing Director at OKRE Development.
Equally significant is the presence of art – an installation by Trzupki created specifically for this investment, which has become a hallmark of Solna 6. This work subtly connects the building with culture and introduces an atmosphere of engaging with something lasting, aesthetic, and valuable into the common areas. Here, art is not an addition but an integral element in building quality of life.
– We believe that a well-designed place engages all senses – from light and proportions to materials and art – which is why we are pleased that our approach has been recognized and appreciated. We thank NAWW for supporting an investment that today forms an inseparable part of Poznań’s urban fabric and is a place of which Poznań residents can be proud, having architecture of this caliber in their city.. – adds Wojciech Konferowicz.
Having secured two of the most important industry awards in Poland and the CEE region, Solna 6 is now aiming for a symbolic hat trick – the sale of its last two apartments. Available in sizes of 94 m² and 122 m², each possesses a unique character yet embodies the same philosophy of quality and aesthetics.
This is the final opportunity to become part of this exceptional investment.
The offer is available at solna6.pl.
