Following the completion of the tender process, OKRE Development has selected the general contractor for the Dolna Górna Wilda project. The investment will be executed by Eiffage Polska Budownictwo SA, part of the French Eiffage Group. Located in the center of Poznań, on the border between Wilda and Śródmieście, the project encompasses the development of 93 apartments and 3 commercial units. Construction is scheduled to commence in December 2023.
The scope of work entrusted to Eiffage Polska Budownictwo SA includes the construction of three multi-family residential buildings with a commercial section, an underground garage, and external infrastructure, including access from Dolna Wilda Street in Poznań. The total usable floor area of the project reaches 6,200 m².
