We have commenced sales of Solna 6 apartments – a new investment by OKRE Development in Poznań. The project is being developed in a unique downtown location on St. Wojciech Hill, within a section of a former monastery garden. The buildings, nestled amidst centuries-old greenery, were designed by architects from JEMS Architekci studio.
The urban and architectural form of the project was subordinated to nature. The main axis of the development is defined by a row of ancient trees growing on the plot, and the characteristic pleated facades of the buildings meander through the park’s greenery. The two buildings house a total of 90 apartments. The project offers diverse layouts and sizes, with a predominance of large areas, reaching up to 190m2.
