OKRE belongs to KORAMIC Investment Group nv, a Belgian capital group established in 1883. We have been present in Poland since 1995, implementing boutique residential and office projects in Warsaw, Wrocław, and Poznań. This long market presence allows us to build deep relationships with our clients, based on trust, security, and expert experience.

We operate in the premium segment. Our organizational structure allows for speed and flexibility in action, as well as direct involvement at every stage of the process, from design to completion.

Architecture and Art
We collaborate exclusively with leading architectural firms: JEMS Architekci, Maćków Design Studio, Ultra Architects, Kuryłowicz Architekci. Design is never a compromise for us – it is an investment that builds value for future residents and cities.
Art is our hallmark. Every OKRE development includes carefully selected works of art that form an integral part of the project and build its identity and atmosphere. Works by Oskar Zięta co-create the space of Dolna Górna Wilda in Poznań, wooden bas-reliefs and woodcuts by the married couple Monika and Tomasz Trzupków are an inseparable element of Solna 6, and paintings by Monika Polak will hang in Sudea in Wrocław.

In the same city, in the Wyszyńskiego 56 project, OKRE initiated and funded the restoration of sculptures by Leszek Zdek, which were incorporated into the courtyard of the quarter at the development, and at Drukarska 56, artist Paul Bik designed an individual project of concrete bas-reliefs for the lobby and at the entrance to the underground garage. This approach naturally extends to the revitalization of historic buildings, where we combine modern functionality with respect for heritage, preserving the spirit of the place and giving it new life.
