The purpose of processing is to present commercial content from companies within the OKRE group via the chosen communication channel. The basis is voluntarily given consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, transfer to another controller, and restriction of their processing. The expressed consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the legality of processing performed before such withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

Personal data will be used by us until consent is withdrawn or during periodic database reviews. Data will be transferred only to entities providing support services to us, including legal, marketing, and IT services, and to companies within the OKRE group, provided that such entities process data based on agreements concluded with us and exclusively in accordance with the Administrator's instructions. Data may also be transferred to other entities within the OKRE Group – whose commercial content is promoted. Apart from the mentioned entities, your data may be disclosed only upon request of entities authorized to do so by law. Providing data is necessary to receive commercial content; filling out the form is voluntary.
