The investment combines carefully restored historical buildings with modern architecture, creating a cohesive urban space in the immediate vicinity of the Oława River and extensive green areas.

Traugutta nad Oławą is an exceptional residential investment being developed in the historic Przedmieście Oławskie district, in the southeastern part of Wrocław.
Located between Traugutta Street and the peaceful Żabia Ścieżka, in the immediate vicinity of riverside areas, it combines urban rhythm with a green, park-like enclave.

The investment comprises 8 buildings – revitalized historical structures and new development adapted to the context.
The first phase includes a total of three buildings: two historical and one new residential and commercial building with an underground garage, as well as cohesively designed landscaping with a private park.
The revitalized buildings will regain their original form and splendor – with the preservation and conservation of historical façade details, staircases, and original architectural elements. The new development references the historical surroundings, combining modern architecture with respect for the past. The project was created by the acclaimed and award-winning JEMS Architekci studio.
