Sudea – Exceptional apartments in Wrocław, located in the esteemed Krzyki–Borek district. The investment is being developed on a plot of over 2.5 hectares, of which nearly 1 hectare has been dedicated to a carefully designed garden.
We are implementing a comprehensive revitalization of the quarter between Sudecka, Sztabowa, and Wiśniowa Avenue, giving this place new life and harmoniously integrating modern apartment architecture into the existing historic context.
The revitalization of Sudea is a redefinition of place – consciously drawing from the past and combining it with a modern approach to architecture and living comfort. As a developer, we have many years of experience in revitalizing historic buildings, respecting their original character while ensuring the highest quality of newly created architecture.
Sudea is a multifunctional urban space. In addition to apartments, office buildings, retail and service premises, and restaurants will be created here, as well as a residents' club, underground garage with storage units, and a children's playground. The central point of the development will be a city square, forming the heart of the investment and a new meeting and integration place for residents.
We pay special attention to the existing greenery and old trees surrounding the investment. Additionally, we have planted over 17,000 new plants, creating a cohesive, natural living space. In the common areas of the buildings, works by artist Monika Polak are also planned, because we know how important it is for future residents to experience beauty, art, and nature on a daily basis.
