This intimate project located right at the border of Poznań's Wilda district complements the city center. Adjacent to Stary Browar, the future Wilda Park, and Poznań's business center Nowy Rynek, Poznań Finance Center.
Three buildings surrounded by green courtyards, designed by the award-winning Ultra Architects studio, combine two distinctive Wilda worlds – the downtown atmosphere of Górna Wilda with the airy, recreational, and somewhat modernist character of Dolna Wilda. The façade of the corner townhouse opening onto Górna Wilda is a contemporary interpretation of historical facades, while the minimalist front facing Dolna Wilda harmonizes with the green landscape stretching across the street in the neighboring park.
The garden-surrounded central part of the project belongs simultaneously to these two interpenetrating worlds. They are united by a restrained, clean form, tall porte-fenêtre windows, and the elegant off-white color of all façades, highlighting the nobility of natural details.
