JEMS Architekci were responsible for the architectural design. The building won Office Building of the Year 2015 — Eurobuild Awards. The building was chosen by tenants as the best office building in Poland in 2015 in the Eurobuild Awards competition. According to industry information, it won against over 50 nominated office buildings.
