Construction has commenced on the SUDEA project in Wrocław.

We have commenced construction of our Sudea apartment project in Wrocław. At the end of 2023, we began earthworks for the underground garage and the SUDECKA 94 building. Simultaneously, specialized subcontractors initiated activities involving the inventorying of historic facade decorations and interior joinery in the historical buildings SUDECKA 96 and SUDECKA 96A. Demolition and modernization works have also begun on the roofs of the existing buildings.
