We are delighted to announce that OKRE Development’s project – Rynek Wildecki 3 – has received a distinction from the Mayor of Poznań in the Jan Baptysta Quadro competition for the best architectural project in Poznań in 2021!
Jury’s Statement:
“The distinction was awarded for a creative interpretation of a traditional tenement house, which foregoes the division into plinth, middle, and roof sections, combining the latter two into a subtle whole. The building successfully completes the last undeveloped frontage of Rynek Wildecki, introducing a contemporary form whose geometry refers to the existing development. The square’s space thus gained its urbanistic conclusion, without altering the hierarchy of development once defined by the Church of Mary Queen, but merely slightly correcting it.”
The project was designed by Ultra Architects studio.
