We are pleased to announce that last Saturday, OKRE Development received the award from the Mayor of Poznań in the field of construction “Architectus Civitatis Nostrae 2022” – “Builder of Our City” – jointly for the Saperska 30 and Rynek Wildecki 3 investments.
The investment at Rynek Wildecki was recognized for its close cooperation with the Municipal Monument Conservator, who was successfully convinced to approve the bold contrasting color scheme of the façade and the unconventional, dynamic form. The jury also appreciated the quality of the project – designed by Ultra Architects studio – as well as the execution, which in their opinion elevated the status of the location. In the case of Saperska 30, a project by Front Architects, the reduction in the number of apartments was recognized, which significantly increased living comfort. The jury’s recognition was also awarded to the unique landscaping of the green area according to the concept by Paweł Grobelny.
