In our projects, architecture and art are more than form or decoration. They are conscious tools for shaping space, responding to the context of the place, the history of the district, and the needs of contemporary city users. We create investments rooted in their surroundings—enduring, thoughtful, and timeless.

Design Process
We begin each project with a careful analysis of the place. We are interested in its scale, rhythm of development, history, and function within the city structure. Architecture should not dominate—it should complement, organize, and enrich the space.
We favor modern yet restrained forms that age well and retain their relevance over the years. We design with the daily comfort of users in mind, the relationship with the surroundings, and the quality of common spaces.
The design process is based on dialogue: between the investor, architect, and the city. This results in developments that are coherent with their surroundings, functional, and refined in detail.

Architekci

We collaborate exclusively with leading architectural studios: JEMS Architekci, Maćków Pracownia Projektowa, Ultra Architects, Kuryłowicz Architekci. Design is never a compromise for us—it is an investment that builds value for future residents and cities.

Art is our signature. Each OKRE investment includes carefully selected works of art that form an integral part of the project and build its identity and atmosphere. Works by Oskar Zięta co-create the space of Dolna Górna Wilda in Poznań, wooden bas-reliefs and woodcuts by the married couple Monika and Tomasz Trzupek are an inseparable element of Solna 6, paintings by Monika Polak will be displayed at Sudea in Wrocław. In the same city, at the Wyszyńskiego 56 project, sculptures by Leszek Zdek were restored on OKRE’s initiative and funding, and incorporated into the courtyard of the quarter adjacent to the investment, while at Drukarska 56, artist Paul Bik designed an individual project of concrete bas-reliefs for the lobby and at the entrance to the underground garage.

This approach naturally extends to revitalization of historic buildings, where we combine modern functionality with respect for heritage, preserving the spirit of the place and giving it new life.

Pracę nad sztuką dla Solnej 6 zaczęliśmy już w 2022 roku. Przez kilka lat, dzielących początki koncepcji od realizacji, rozważaliśmy wiele wariantów tego, co mogłoby powstać. To co łączy pierwsze szkice z finalną pracą to idea organicznych roślinno-zwierzęcych form, znajdujących swoje źródło w geometrii fasad. Zygzakowate kształty reliefów są swoistym DNA całego zespołu budynków. W naszej twórczości często sięgamy do idei hortus conclusus - zamkniętego ogrodu, intymnego miejsca oddzielonego od świata, które w tym kontekście nawiązywało do znajdującego się niedaleko ogrodu klasztornego. Użycie dębu jako głównego materiału ma wpasowywać nasze reliefy we wnętrza oraz emanować trwałością i elegancją
